at Søllerød Inn
At Søllerød Kro, we take great care to ensure that each wine complements both the food and the unique preferences of our guests. We consider it one of our most important tasks to guide our guests in selecting the perfect wine. Together with our sommeliers, Philip Persson, Anas Hasselbalch Martorelli and myself, we carefully evaluate each wine through tastings and trips to determine whether it embodies the qualities of a "Søllerød wine" and deserves a place on our wine list.
We are incredibly proud that our wine list has been recognized as the best in the country in several prestigious awards—recognition that drives us to uphold those standards every day.
Our list features over 2,000 wines from both near and far, and we maintain close relationships with around 30 wine suppliers to stay informed about new vintages and exciting offerings for our guests.
We strive to ensure there is something for everyone.
Many of our guests enjoy reviewing the wine list before their visit, allowing them to select their ideal wine at their leisure. For this reason, our entire wine list is available online and is regularly updated. We hope you’ll find something that tempts you.
