We take great care to ensure that the wine matches the food and the preferences of the individual guest.

We therefore see it as one of our most important tasks to assist our guests in choosing wine. The inn's sommeliers, Philip Persson, Tórur Restorff and myself, assess, based on several wine tastings and trips, whether a wine is a "Søllerød wine" and thus deserves to be on the wine list.

That is why we are also immensely proud that our wine list has been voted the best in the country in several different contexts; awards,

which we try to live up to every single day.

Our wine list contains more than 2,000 different wines from near and far.

We are in close dialogue with our approximately 30 wine suppliers, so that we always know when a new vintage is on its way to the country, and whether there are interesting and exciting

news that we can offer our guests.

This should ensure that there is something for everyone.

Many of our guests appreciate being able to study the wine list before arrival, allowing them to leisurely select the wine(s) they want to drink.
