Choose between:
1 glass of Cava
1 glass of Cremant de Bourgogne
1 glass of dry white wine with mûre,
1 glass of sparkling wine with elderflower
or 1 glass of champagne (extra DKK 75)

4-Course Menu
Fish from the North Sea, delicate smoke, cauliflower, hazelnuts
Tartar of Danish beef, watercress, crispy rye, horse radish
The best part of the veal, ramson, pepper, potato
Rhubarb, coconut, Unika 30, tonka bean

We offer 3 levels of wine packages for the 4 course menu – Wine 1, 2 and 3.
All wine suggestions are served ad libitum.
