Welcome Drink
Choose between:
1 glass of dry white wine with mûre,
1 glass of sparkling wine with elderflower
1 glass of Cava
1 glass of Cremant de Bourgogne
or 1 glass of champagne (extra DKK 50.-)

4-Course Menu
Quenelle of scallops with celery, apples, walnuts and wasabi
Fish from the North Sea with fennel, parsley and bisque from parsley roots
Roasted and braised veal with celeriac and preserved ramsons
Saltet caramel with warm spices, apples, hazelnuts and ymer

We offer 3 levels of wine pairings for the 4 course menu – Wine 1, 2 & 3.
All wine suggestions are served ad libitum.
